Organizational Context

In order to augment their current strategy of accelerating market shares, the client company aims to undertake a market based field force practice survey of its competitors because of the following reasons -

  • Retaining employee
  • Attracting the talent pool to meet the current economic demands

 

 

NAMAN Intervention

Phase I - Survey Planning

 

 

  • Naman ventured with the client company and defined project milestones
  • Finalized comparator basket
  • Identified unique jobs to be surveyed (with Job Description)

 

 

Phase II - Survey Design

 

 

  • Data collection tool was finalized
  • Participating comparators were informed about the survey

 

 

Phase III - Data collection & Analysis

 

 

  • Data was collected from comparators and processed to reap Job-wise compensation data

 

 

Phase IV - Findings

 

 

  • Reports were presented to the client company where it was observed that the organization is paying lesser than what it should be paying. That was one of the reasons why people were leaving the organization.

 

 

Benefits

The benefits derived from the project were:
