Taking a decision and then standing by it needs not just great understanding of the requirement but also the ability to mitigate the risk that could come along with any new decision taken.

 

Effective decision making entails conducting a proper study of the situation, by minutely determining the alternatives and effectively taking decisions in an inclusive fashion.
