The ADDIE model is an established foundation for any effective training program. With a simulation based approach which helps participants practice the skills they need to create a highly interactive learning environment, our Train the Trainer Program assists both experienced and novice trainers polish the skills required to facilitate a training session that is participative, fun filled, and has a lasting impact.
