Mentoring: Developing Mentors for Creating People Development Culture

Organizations may not always get the right kind of employees they want, but they can develop the kind of employees they want; by developing and implementing a mentoring program, pairing inexperienced employees with seasoned ones, and accelerating the learning process for employees working on critical positions. Our design to institutionalize Mentoring process is one of the innovative ways adopted by various organizations to attract and retain young talent. For the need of growth and career enrichment, organizations take initiative by creating mentoring culture in the organization. Successful mentoring relationship helps employees meet their vital developmental needs and aspirations and leads to enhanced employee engagement.
