Organizational Context
The client felt the need to assist employee of the various departments to understand and develop the competencies required in handling day to day exigencies and moving the team towards the organization's vision. The objective of the program was to develop a collaborative and open culture so that teams could function cohesively for any future.
NAMAN Intervention
Based on focused group discussion, a one day program was designed utilizing high energy simulation activities, group discussions to drive the point home.
